At any time, the Provider has the right to require the User to identify themselves and to verify the authenticity of each of the circumstances and personal data declared during registration.

Each User, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, also agrees to the collection and processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes and is considered to be notified within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act that his/her personal data will not be disclosed to other persons, except when the information is requested by an authorized state body in compliance with the statutory procedure or has received explicit consent from the User to this effect.
