HOW TO ORDER?

Order through the ELECTRONIC STORE system
Orders from an online store www.gabriella-bg.com can be made by both registered and unregistered users. To order products, you do not have to be a registered user.

Order from an unregistered user:

1. Viewing models. The user selects a product they wish to order.
2. By clicking the "Buy" button, the product selected by the User will appear in the Cart. An unlimited number of products can be added to it, as well as those that the User refuses to purchase can be removed.
3. When selecting the "View Cart" button, the User sees the selected products up to the moment of shopping with a photo, product name and number, requested quantity, unit price and total price. After entering the Cart, the User can change the quantity of the selected product or delete it from the Cart in case he wishes to cancel the selected product.
4. Before completing the order, the User must enter delivery details, as well as, by clicking the check button, agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Shopping, specified on the website of "Gabriela Elegance" Ltd. If the User wishes to receive an invoice, the User notes this circumstance and enters invoice details.
5. The procedure ends by selecting the "Order" button.

Order from a registered user:

1. Viewing models: The user logs into their own account by entering their username and password and selects a product they wish to order.
2. By clicking the "Buy" button, the product selected by the User will appear in the Cart. An unlimited number of products can be added to it, as well as those that the User refuses to purchase can be removed.
3. When selecting the "View Cart" button, the User sees the selected products up to the moment of shopping with a photo, product name and number, requested quantity, unit price and total price. After entering the Cart, the User can change the quantity of the selected product or delete it from the Cart, in case he wishes to cancel the selected product. 
4. Before completing the order, if the registered user's delivery details change, the User has the opportunity to make a correction to the data by clicking a button and enter new, up-to-date data. They will be updated upon finalizing the order.
5. The procedure ends by selecting the "Order" button.

Detailed data from the placed order is received by the User at the e-mail address specified by him. The same report is visualized on the screen immediately after sending the order. The system automatically generates an order number, which is indicated in the e-mail and with the help of which the User can check at what stage of execution the respective order is.
If the User indicates an incomplete, incorrect or wrong address or telephone number when placing the order, it is considered that the order is invalid and no obligation arises for its execution on the part of "Gabriela Elegance" EOOD.

Users can also place orders in the following ways:

Order by phone

If the User wishes to immediately order the products they have selected, they can do so by phone. An employee of "Gabriela Elegance" EOOD will answer questions related to the order, and the User only needs to dictate a name and delivery address.

Order by email

Users can order by e-mail. Therefore, they need to write to us at shop@gabriella-bg.com and send us their details – name, address and phone number, as well as details about the items they wish to purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment upon delivery by postal money order

The consumer pays the courier in cash upon receipt of the goods.
After completing the order, the site generates an order report, where you can see the necessary payment details. You will also receive the same details by e-mail, so you can access them whenever you want. The amount due includes the price of the items plus the delivery fee - both of which are described in the report.

2. Bank transfer 

The user can also pay for the ordered goods via bank transfer.

The execution of the order begins after the payment is received in the bank accounts.

DELIVERY

The ordered goods are delivered to any point in Bulgaria, to the address specified by the User, within 5 working days for the territory of the country.

The delivery fee is fixed and costs 10 euros.

Orders are processed until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
